Shri Poddareshwar Ram Mandir Nagpur
Situated on Bhimraj Bhushanwar Marg near Nagpur Railway Station Shri Poddareshwar Ram Mandir was built in 1923 by Late Jamnadhar Poddar of Poddar Family from Bisau (Rajasthan), India.
Jamnadhar Poddar was a clothe distributor of clothes manufactured by the Empress Mill once run by J N Tata.
The temples foundation was laid in the year 1919 while the Pranpratishtha done by a vedic scholar from Kashi - Pandit Prabhudattaji was performed in the year 1923.
The three idols of Sri Ram Laxman and Devi Sita are placed facing Northwards.
All affairs of the temple are managed by the Board of Trustees formed by Late Jamnadhar Poddar himself.
